Currently, h'eres primarily offers an online shopping experience, but we understand that there are limited opportunities for customers to see our items in person.
When choosing a ring online, methods such as using a measuring tape or string are often suggested for sizing. However, as jewelry designers, we believe these methods lack accuracy and are insufficient.

Therefore, to provide a reliable and comfortable experience as if you were trying on the rings in person, even when shopping online, we have made ring sizers available for free ordering, which you can use to measure your size at home.
The sizer itself is free to order; you only pay for shipping to have it delivered to your home.
Our original ring sizer, adorned with the h'eres logo, will be delivered in a special box. It's perfect for measuring your own size, or for accurately checking the size before gifting a ring to a loved one.

【How to use the ring sizer】
●Finger size changes depending on the time of day, physical condition, and swelling. Measuring multiple times, such as in the morning and evening, will provide more accurate results.
●For rings with a wide, voluminous design, they may feel slightly tighter than the ring sizer measurement (e.g., N.M RING, MAJESTY CROWN RING DIA, OUROBOROS SIGNET RING).
●For rings with an open design, they may feel slightly looser than the ring sizer measurement (e.g., 202 HORN RING, TOBARI ZOE RING).
●The size is written on the side of each ring on the ring sizer.
●You can measure sizes according to the JCS standard (Japan Custom Size), which is widely used in Japan.
