*For repairs accepted up to February 2026,
we will handle them according to the previous terms during the estimate period (within 2 months).
⚫︎How to Apply
Please follow the steps below to apply.
1. Fill out the application form
Please fill in the required information on the after-sales care application form.
2. Ship the product
After completing the input, please send the item to the address below at your expense.
Please use a trackable shipping method (Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, LetterPack, etc.).
*If shipping from overseas, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, etc. Please be aware of this in advance.

3. Estimate and Payment
Upon arrival at our company, we will inform you of the final repair cost.
Please confirm the details and make the payment by the deadline.
4. Repair and Return Shipping
After confirming your payment, we will repair the item within approximately 4 weeks and return it to you sequentially.
