*Some repair contents will be revised starting March 2026.
*For repairs accepted by February 2026,
we will handle them according to the previous terms during the estimation period (within 2 months).

 

⚫︎How to Apply

Please apply by following the steps below.

1. Fill out the application form
Please fill in the required information on the after-sales care application form.

2. Send your item
After completing the form, please send your item to the address below with shipping paid by the sender.
Please use a trackable shipping method (Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, LetterPack, etc.).

*For shipments from overseas, round-trip shipping costs and customs duties will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Estimate and Payment
Upon arrival at our company, we will inform you of the confirmed repair cost.
Please review the details and make the payment by the deadline.

4. Repair and Return
After confirming your payment, repairs will be completed and returned sequentially within approximately 4 weeks.
