h'eres items are mainly made of SV925 (sterling silver) or K18.
SV925 is a material with a unique warm silver color.
The beautiful, slightly brownish color will increase with extended use, but in rare cases, the color may appear partially even when the product is new.
In order to make the most of the beauty of the material, h'eres does not use plating to hide it.
In addition, SV925 is a delicate and soft material among metals. Because it is handmade, slight scratches may occur due to parts touching each other during packaging and delivery.
We do our best to ensure the best possible system for production, inspection, and storage, but please understand that some of the differences are due to the characteristics of the materials.
