About immediate delivery/pre-order items
Delivery when purchasing instant delivery items and pre-order items at the same time
Please note that we cannot accept simultaneous purchases of items with different shipping dates.
If you purchase both an immediate delivery item and a pre-order item, we will send you the immediate delivery item first.
If you order this product together with other products, they will be shipped together after this product arrives.

Handling
About the material
We use sterling silver except for some products.
Gold-colored products are made of sterling silver with a K18 plating or gold plating.
Some lots use rhodium plating.

We will ship within 3 to 7 business days.

We will ship your order approximately one to one and a half months after the end of the order period.

We only accept cancellations within 3 days of placing your order.

What to do if you enter the wrong shipping address

If you have registered an incorrect address or would like to change your shipping address, please contact us at https://heres.jp/pages/contact .
Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, and correct shipping address.
(If the item has already been shipped to the wrong address, we will check using the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.)

Regarding re-shipment of returned items
Please note that if you are unable to receive the product and we have to resend it to you, a shipping fee of 520 yen will be charged.
About post office stop
We will not be able to contact you after your arrival.

About international shipping
We will generally ship using EMS international express mail. Delivery times vary depending on the country or region.
(For international shipping, delivery will take approximately one week longer than for domestic shipping in Japan.)
About gift wrapping
About gift wrapping
We have two types of h'eres original scarves and original shop bags available.
The scarf will arrive wrapped in the box that the jewelry came in.
Please be sure to add it to your cart along with the item you want to wrap and then make payment.
Please note that you cannot purchase just the scarf or shop bag.

Returns, initial defects, aftercare, and repairs
Returns and exchanges/initial defects
As this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or size exchanges.
However, please contact us in the following cases.

If you receive a defective product:
In the case of initial defects, we can exchange or repair the product. If you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product , we can handle it free of charge, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Any inquiries after that will be treated as regular repairs and will incur a fee.

*We will confirm the conditions for return and exchange, included items, shipping address for returns and exchanges, shipping address for repairs and processing, etc.
Product exchange
If the product is defective upon receipt, we can exchange or repair it. If the size is incorrect, we will repair it for a fee, so please contact us.

Repair fees vary depending on the product and adjustment size. We will provide you with an individual estimate.

*The ring will be lightly polished before delivery to repair any scratches that may have occurred during the resizing process. The surface finish will be different from before resizing.
