About the material

We use sterling silver except for some products.

Gold-colored products are made of sterling silver with a K18 plating or gold plating.

Some lots use rhodium plating.

We will generally ship using EMS international express mail. Delivery times vary depending on the country or region.

(For international shipping, delivery will take approximately one week longer than for domestic shipping in Japan.)

About gift wrapping

We have two types of h'eres original scarves and original shop bags available.
The scarf will arrive wrapped in the box that the jewelry came in.

Please be sure to add it to your cart along with the item you want to wrap and then make payment.

Please note that you cannot purchase just the scarf or shop bag.

Returns, initial defects, aftercare, and repairs

Returns and exchanges/initial defects

As this is a made-to-order product, we do not accept returns or size exchanges.

However, please contact us in the following cases.


If you receive a defective product:

In the case of initial defects, we can exchange or repair the product. If you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product , we can handle it free of charge, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Any inquiries after that will be treated as regular repairs and will incur a fee.

Product exchange

If the product is defective upon receipt, we can exchange or repair it. If the size is incorrect, we will repair it for a fee, so please contact us.

Repair fees vary depending on the product and adjustment size. We will provide you with an individual estimate.
